Your deposit is 100% refundable within 5 business days if your project application is declined or if you choose not to proceed after the initial consultation.

When Refunds Apply

• Your project application is declined by our team
• You decide not to proceed after the initial consultation
• We are unable to deliver your project within the agreed timeline
• The delivered product does not match the agreed specifications

When Refunds Do Not Apply

• After the onboarding questionnaire has been completed and approved
• After development work has begun on your project
• After the demo has been delivered and approved
• After the final payment has been made and code has been delivered

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
