By accessing and using SaaS in a Box services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.
We provide white-label SaaS development services including but not limited to: custom application development, deployment, 30 days of support, and full source code ownership. The exact deliverables will be outlined in your project agreement.
Payment is made in two installments: a deposit to secure your spot and begin onboarding, and a final payment upon demo approval. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. See our Refund Policy for information about refunds.
Upon final payment, you receive full ownership of the source code for your project. You are free to modify, distribute, and commercialize the code as you see fit. Our branding and proprietary development tools remain our intellectual property.
We strive to deliver high-quality products, but we cannot guarantee that your SaaS will be error-free or meet all of your business objectives. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Refunds upon termination are subject to our Refund Policy. You remain responsible for all fees incurred prior to termination.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
